ADVANCE Office Staff

The ADVANCE staff manages the communication needs, accounting, and administration for all of the ADVANCE initiatives. The staff includes an Executive Director and a graduate assistant. The Executive Director is Dana Britton, Professor of Sociology. The graduate assistant/office coordinator is Kristin Kelly, a Sociology graduate student.

Principal Investigators

ADVANCE has five Principal Investigators: Ruth Dyer, Senior Vice Provost and Professor of Electrical Engineering, Beth Montelone, Associate Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, Associate Dean and Peine Professor of Biosecurity, Fred Cholick, Dean of the College of Agriculture, Ralph Richardson, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, and Stephen White, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and Professor of Geography

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee directs, assesses, and makes policies for the project.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee works with participating colleges and departments to facilitate project activities, and also advises the Executive Director on program development.
